  • We have no defined process to approve such an OLA or any other agreement. Check with Nicole how they agreed it last year for eduTEAMS. However, there should be a documented process that involves a person from GÉANT Association and the Service Owner responsible.

  • Magdalena takes Ana's role during absence.
  • There seems to be an already existing DPA, but it's location is unknown. Ana will search it.
