- We have no defined process to approve such an OLA or any other agreement. Check with Nicole how they agreed it last year for eduTEAMS. However, there should be a documented process that involves a person from GÉANT Association and the Service Owner responsible.
DPA Vlado Pribolšan
- Similar issue as for agreements, there is no approval process in place.
- Magdalena takes Ana's role during absence.
- There seems to be an already existing DPA, but it's location is unknown. Ana will search it.

GDPR dashboard was moved and work is ongoing
The locations and distribution of the linked documents is weird, no clear structure
Vlado is reviewing these references and checks with the Service Owners about the right location
Some documents are even outside the GN4-3 wiki in a service specific confluence area.
