9:10 - 11:10 Three or four NRENs presentations on value proposition, each presentation followed by plenary discussion based on “what you heard, what you did not, how you understand the offer".
11:10 - 11:30 Coffee break
11:30 - 12:00 Perfecting the short elevator pitch for your NREN (split up in 3 groups)
12:00 - 12:30 Presenting and discussing feedback
12:30 - 13:00 Final conclusions. Next steps and future meetings.
