Accommodation
The hotel rooms are situated next to meeting room at the Grand Hotel Amstelveen. We offer hotel rooms including breakfast to max 2 persons per Partner for max 2 nights of your choice during the meeting days.
A limited number of rooms have been blocked for a definite period, therefore please indicate your room requirement as soon as possible on registration at https://eventr.geant.org/events/2588 to secure availability of your room.
Extra nights
If you decide to come earlier or stay longer, extra nights will be available at a special rate and including breakfast. Extra nights will be at your own expense. Lunch and refreshments
Lunch, coffee, tea and water will be available on each day and will be served at Bistro Nice! right below the meeting room.

Social dinner on 27th Feb 19:00
On Monday night from 19:00 there will be a 3-course dinner at Bistro Nice! next to the venue.
Bowling on 28 Feb 17:30
If you want to have a bit of fun after the meeting on Tuesday we challenge you for one hour of bowling starting at 17:30 at the bowling centre which is also located next to the meeting venue.
