- (HP) Improve the website to perform wel in SEO result. Identify major key words. Aim at reaching page two in Google.

- (Geant) -> to share stock foto for the website
- (All) Provide textual input for the InAcademia website (online retailers onboarding etc.)
- (HP) To select and install a proper wordpress theme.
- (Niels) To create a general E-mail address for prospect online retailers (SP's) to contact us.
- (Niels) Ad Piwik statistics to the website
- (All) Generate referral trafic by linking to InAcademia from all participating NREN's and redirect retailers to the service
Email marketing
- Should we have our own mailing list where people can subscribe or do we piggy-bag on existing mailing from Geant and NREN's?
Direct Sales
Call upon prospect webshops and other online retailers.
- (Niels) To provide HP with the list of interested parties (warm prospects)
- (HP) To meet prospects and convince them to connect to InAcademia
- Assign "hunting" tasks to project participants to reach out to local online retailers.
