1. Meetings with Adobe
Meeting with Stephan Van Herck, Vice President EMEA of Adobe Systems and Joke Palmkvist,
Education Manager at Adobe Systems Nordic

- Stephan showed a great interest in European Adobe Connect Users group
- We pointed out that, at least for the Nordic countries, that we wanted Adobe Connect to be more of
a collaboration tool, rather than the presentation tool it is today.
- Stephan will set us in contact with Adobe Connect product management team
- Stephan will also check the possibility to have someone from Adobe to attend the ECAU meeting
at TNC2010
Meeting with John Schuman, Education Solutions Architect, Adobe Systems (Senior Worldwide
Evangelist)

- John has seen our feature list and think it is very interesting and look forward to see our
prioritization of it
- John mentioned Peter Ryce, one of the product managers, as a good contact
- John will also check if there could be some Adobe representative at TNC2010
- We discussed the upcoming beta test of Adobe Connect 8 and we told him that we will send him a
list of volunteers. The beta test will probably be end July or beginning of August
