GÉANT runs a number of services to support the integration of AAI across services provided by the community and the project. This includes:
- Provision of the GÉANT SP Proxy and Discovery Interface.
- Registering IdPs and SPs in either the UK federation or Surfconext federations.
- Managing membership of the UK federation and Surfconext.
- Supporting application of policies within federation metadata: e.g. R&S, Sirtfi, CoCo etc.
- Managing the GÉANT URN Namespace, URI Namespace, OID Repository and namespace applications.
