eduroam devops team is responsible for operating and managing operational side of eduroam. Devops roadmap notes any outstanding activities from the "business as usual". Business as usual implies:
- technical part: maintain and when needed adjust configurations and resolve user reported problems for:
- ETLR1, ETLR2
- monitor.eduroam.org portal, eduroam database, f-ticks, monitoring service and CAT
- organisational part
- provide content for www.eduroam.org + eduroam wiki
- organise eduroam SG meetings
- liaise with GeGC
- liaise with JRA3
- expert level support for user questions received
