Testing process 

  • Release to staging
    • Functional testing by the user community - open invite
    • Functional testing by the development team
  • Release to demo/beta site 
    • Functional testing by the user community - open invite
    • Non functional testing by the ops team (through monitoring)
    • Functional testing by designated team - ux, designated implementers  
  • Release to production site
    • Non functional testing by the ops team (through monitoring)
    • Functional testing by the ops team (for Service Owner defined use cases)
