  1. Go to the Bug reports page
  2. Add a new page - it will automatically be a sub-page of Bug report
  3. Name the page Bxyz<code> - <descriptive name>,
    where <xyz> is a sequential number and code is A = Audio, V = Video, M = Managing, G = General,
    for example "B001A - Moving to a layout without video pod turns off audio"
  4. Use the Template - Bug report (open it in a separate tab in your browser)
  5. Insert some text in the buglist and mark it
  6. Insert a link and choose the previous created page
  7. Copy the descriptive name and paste it in the Alias field
