Federate to Win! Training to librarians/decision makers: Workshop at LIBER Conference
As a result of the interviews to libraries' decision-makers, several main issues were identified. Among them, the need for raising awareness on the benefits of federated identity management and for providing basic training and technical support on the implementation of federated IM, that was reported to be a challenge for some libraries' IT staff.
With this aim in mind, it was decided to carry out a training event addressed to librarians, during a community meeting, the LIBER Annual Conference.
