People change documents and create new ones without our task knowing about it
eduMEET has just passed a PLM gate - probably operative documentation should be part of the PLM process
We have to check how we can include our task into the various ongoing activities in our WP so that people won't create stuff behind our back that. Otherwise we create redundant documents, loose track and the dashboards become outdated very soon.
