Venue

The first Up2U General Assembly Meeting will be organised from 27th February to 1 March 2017 in the Grand Hotel Amstelveen, Netherlands, nearby Amsterdam and Schiphol. The venue is conveniently located at about 15 minutes from the airport and is within 45 minutes of the Amsterdam city centre by public transport.All meetings will take place at the Bistro room which is located within 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel

Accommodation

The hotel rooms are situated at the venue of the Grand Hotel Amstelveen. We allow hotel rooms up to a maximum of 2 persons per partner and for a stay of max.  2 nights.  The rooms have blocked for you and have been paid. Please indicate the details of your room booking upon registration.

Extra nights

The hotel offers extra nights at a special price of EUR 89,50 pp/pn including breakfast. Extra nights will be for your own expense. If you like to stay some extra nights please get in touch with the hotel directly at +      to book your room.

Lunch and drinks

Lunch, coffee, tea and refreshments will be available on all days

Dinner and some more fun!

On Monday evening starting at 19:00  there will be s paid for social dinner at the bowling centre next to the venue. If you want to have a bit of fun, we challenge you for a bowling game after the dinner! The dinner and bowling are paid for, excluding drinks.
