Hosting the meeting:

SCOPE meetings are organised by volunteers.  We would be grateful if  you are interested in hosting the meeting in September or at some point in the future.  

Hosting requirements involve at a minimum:

• Meeting room, including beamer, audio and screen, 
• Supporting the logistics (info on hotels/dorms at reasonable cost, transportation, other activities for attendees, etc. 
• lunch, coffee, tea and water and a dinner
• Providing internet connection and technical  support

We have a small budget available for running the meeting.
