SECOND DAY - 19th February 2025

09:15Session 5 "Learning circles"

Members from the steering committee will be ‘chairing’ various circles. We will have the room organised in 5 circles of 4-5 people. A representative from each circle will then share key findings with the wider group. 15 min discussion, 3 min presentations each, around 30 min total.

Topics: 

  • 2025 plans: Each person will be asked to share how their planning process looked like, how do you ensure to ‘stay on track’ with your plans, do you use any project management tools, do you share any kind of reports with other departments?
  • Paid vs organic campaigns: What is your experience with paid vs organic campaigns on social media/search, etc.? How do you plan and allocate your campaign budget? How do you evaluate and share results?
