The pandemic and changes may have an impact on skills people need. For this reason when considering learning requirements for your teams consider what has changed, what aspects of skills development needs to be given priority, and how would be best to continue learning. It is most likely that in 2021 we shall continue to rely on the virtual environment.
Let’s arrange to meet (online) so that we can talk directly about what is relevant for your teams to learn, skills to develop and/or existing skills to refresh and upgrade while keeping the noticeable changes caused by the pandemic in mind.
