GLAD invites all work package leaders and task leaders to a (virtual) meeting to discuss the learning needs of your Work Package participants.
To support you in delivering project results we aim to create a comprehensive GN4.3Learning Programme Plan that will consist of effective and diverse learning solutions. That being said, 2020 was the year of unprecedented change and its impact will be unravelling for many years to come. The pandemic and changes may have an impact on skills people need.
For this reason when considering learning requirements for your teams consider what has changed, what aspects of skills development needs to be given priority, and how would be best to continue learning. It is most likely that in 2021 we shall continue to rely on the virtual environment.
Let’s arrange to meet (online) so that we can talk directly about what is relevant and important for you your teams to learn, new skills to develop and/or existing skills to refresh and upgrade while keeping the noticeable changes caused by the pandemic in mind.
