Description
Allow hosts to adjust the sound setup of each meeting attendee in the meeting, such as: turning the microphone volume up and down, as well as turning the sound level up and down on the computer of each attendee. Maybe this would even include selecting the sound device used by each meeting attendee.
Reason: Meeting attendees cannot hear their own sound level. It is often relative to the sound levels of the other attendees. Much time and communication during the first part of the meeting relate to adjusting sound levels and quality. A host would be able to adjust the sound for all attendees in a few seconds, and increase the general sound quality of the meeting considerably. Today, expert hosts have to access the computer of each attendee via screen sharing and remote control to control the sound setup of each attendee. This is a time consuming process, that also takes quite a bit of skill.
